This is the rough draft terms of the contract for the artists that make a station. It underlines the terms of payments, IP rights, and so forth

Rough Outline

These terms are more-so ideas than concrete terms at the current time.

1. CREATION
   1. You confirm that the station created contains zero copywritten material
2. IP RIGHTS
   1. RET retains the all rights for the station forever
   2. You retain a right to use the station for portfolio work
3. PAYMENT
   1. You will be payed X amount upon completion of the station
   2. The following will be split between the artists
      1. X% of the profits made from the game (After taxes and store fees)
      2. All profits from the sale of the soundtrack
      3. All profits from any "support the artists" DLC
   3. If you so wish, you can opt out of receiving these payments. Your portion will be split among the other artists
